Breakfast: Granola| Snack: Handful of penguin crackers & mini matcha lattle kit kat bar| Lunch: see picture | Snack: Shredded pork bun & two mini pieces of garlic bread | Dinner: Beef brisket, Korean rice and kimchi.
Yesterday’s workout was so tiring; I don’t know if it was because the gym’s A/C wasn’t on as high, but I was sweating like crazy.
I wanted to start building my running endurance, but it turns out that the arch on my shoe is too high for my left foot and within 5 mins, I started getting pains in my foot. So, I stopped and just walked the rest of the 10 minutes. I guess it’s time to shop for some new runners.
Workout consisted of playing dodgeball - only won two games, but we are in effing tier 1.
Breakfast was a slice of Asian walnut cake; lunch was veggies, with a bit of rice and some Costco chicken. A Babybel block of cheese and cup of aloe juice to accompany my lunch. Dinner, well I forget what I had.
The day’s snack consisted of a small bag of popcorn twists and edamamae beans.
