Didn’t go to dodgeball or the gym, so I decided to do a quick work-out at  home. The good old Bodyrock Fit Test.

50 seconds on/10 seconds rest

·         Squat jumps: 34

·         Push-ups: 20

·         Burpees: 11

·         High knees

·         Lunges: 26

·         Tuck jumps: 38

·         Tricep dips

·         Straight abs: 42

Ugh. My scores dropped.

Week 3, Day 4 of the Bodyrock January 30 day challenge.

30 seconds on/10 second rest; 3 rounds

·         Tuck jump à dip low and slide to the other side

·         Push-up à bring knee in à push-up à same leg up

·         Left side plank à top leg: up and down

·         Right side plank à top leg: up and down

My arms died.

This work-out really killed my friend and I – quite the stress on our knees L

No dodgeball or the gym yesterday :( But it was a gorgeous warm Spring day, so I went for a jog; 1.2 km and I didn’t die! Except for the cramp and ache I was getting in my left foot. But all good. I think I forsee more running in the future!

I’m still sick but decided to suck it up and go to the gym. It was Week 3, Day 1 – the Fit Test!

  • ·         Squat Jumps: 33
  • ·         Push-ups: 20
  • ·         Burpees: 15
  • ·         High Knees: couldn’t keep count
  • ·         Jump Lunges: 30
  • ·         Tuck Jumps: couldn’t keep count
  • ·         Straight Abs: 46

Then I did 20 of the following:

  • ·         In plank: tapping out hands to the sides
  • ·         In plank: tapping out legs to the sides
  • ·         In plank: tapping out opposite hands and legs to the sides

For the fit test, comparing to the number of reps that I did last week, I have been pretty much the same. Hopefully, at the end of this 30 day challenge, I can post higher scores!
