Didn’t go to dodgeball or the gym, so I decided to do a quick work-out at home. The good old Bodyrock Fit Test.

This work-out really killed my friend and I – quite the stress on our knees L
No dodgeball or the gym yesterday :( But it was a gorgeous warm Spring day, so I went for a jog; 1.2 km and I didn’t die! Except for the cramp and ache I was getting in my left foot. But all good. I think I forsee more running in the future!
I’m still sick but decided to suck it up and go to the gym. It was Week 3, Day 1 – the Fit Test!

For the fit test, comparing to the number of reps that I did last week, I have been pretty much the same. Hopefully, at the end of this 30 day challenge, I can post higher scores!
