  • Cardio: 10 mins/resistance 10/1.5 miles
  • Burpees: 3 sets of 10 
  • Stability Ball Tucks: 3 sets of 10
  • Bosu Ball Planks: 3 resp/10 seconds each
  • Flutter Kicks: 3 sets of 10 
  • Multidirectional Lunges: 3 sets of 5 reps on each side
