I decided to start a second blog to chronicle my fitness and eating habits (and to make sure I don’t slack off). This all started when I started complaining to my boyfriend that I felt flabby and that in terms of my cardio, I cannot keep up with him when it comes to hikes. And in addition to that, my boyfriend likes to remind me that I eat things that are quite unhealthy and often (ahem, deep-fried). So, I got put onto a ban - no deep-fried and fast food with only one cheat day a week (a part of me is very sad).
So with this blog, I will be posting my workouts at the gym and posting pictures of meals/snacks I eat so that it will deter from cheating on non-cheat days and to make sure I don’t wander aimlessly at the gym (I do that A LOT). And hopefully, I will be able to learn more about effective exercising and eating habits :)
Oh yes, since tumblr seems to be oh so conducive and easy to post pictures, I may just start posting pictures of random things. I get distracted easily (Oooo, shiney!).
